We want every IMBODY customer to feel confident with their purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your product.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in perfect and unused condition, exactly as received, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Any product that shows signs of use, installation, wear, damage or missing components cannot be accepted.
To begin a return, contact us at imbody.uae@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address along with clear instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, notify us immediately upon delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been used, installed, customized, opened without original packaging, as well as sale items and gift cards.
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest option is to request a return first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
