Return and Refund Policy
We want every IMBODY customer to feel confident, comfortable, and protected with their purchase. Therefore, if there is an issue with the product, damage caused during delivery, a product that does not match the order, missing accessories, or any visible issue, the customer must contact us for inspection within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.
Return or refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the company’s policy, the condition of the product, how it was used, the completeness of the packaging, accessories, proof of purchase, and the applicable law.
Requests submitted after 48 hours from the date of receiving the product will be reviewed in accordance with the company’s policy, the product warranty, and the applicable law. It is clarified that this initial reporting period does not affect the consumer’s rights in the event of a genuine product defect or a malfunction covered under the warranty.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect, new, and unused condition, exactly as received. The product must include all original packaging, labels, accessories, related parts, and proof of purchase.
A product that shows signs of use, installation, wear and tear, damage, opening in a way that prevents it from being returned to its original condition, or missing parts will not be eligible for return or refund, unless otherwise approved by the company or required under the applicable law.

After receiving the request, the company will review the details and inform the customer whether the request has been approved to proceed. If the request is approved, the customer will receive the return address and clear instructions for the next steps.
Returns sent without prior approval from the company will not be accepted or processed, unless otherwise required under the applicable law.
If the product arrived defective, faulty, or different from the product ordered, the customer must notify the company within 48 hours from the date of receiving the delivery, so that we can inspect the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the company’s policy, the product warranty, and the applicable law.
Certain items and situations are not eligible for return, including products that have been used, products that have been installed, customized products, products that have been opened in a way that prevents them from being returned to their original packaging, products that do not include all original accessories or parts, sale items, and gift cards, unless otherwise required under the applicable law.
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest option is to first submit a return request. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, a new order may be placed for the desired product.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the company will inform the customer whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time and the actual appearance of the refund may vary depending on the customer’s credit card company, bank, or payment provider, and are not under the company’s control.

Order Cancellation Before Delivery
A customer may request to cancel an order before the product has been dispatched, delivered, or installed.
If the cancellation request is approved before delivery, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the company’s cancellation and refund policy.
The customer acknowledges and understands that if the company has already incurred any non-refundable costs, fees, or charges from payment providers, credit card companies, banks, or other third-party service providers, the company shall be entitled to deduct such amounts from the final refund amount.
It is clarified that some fees are charged by external providers immediately after the transaction is processed, and therefore may not be refunded to the company even if the order is cancelled.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, credit card company, payment provider, or the customer’s bank, and the company shall not be responsible for any delays caused by third parties.
